Life, Friends, & A Nice Cup Of Tea (September 30th)

Well today was very nice. Everything was average and what not. As the topic says, we will talk about life. I see life as a game that you can never let go off...no reset buttons...all you can do is...play on. In life, its similar to a game because you must make very complicated and sophisticated decisions that will alter your life for good. Your life could start as a bad life then turn good...or good to bad...or anything to that sort. The only way you can beat this game is by making your life the way YOU want it to be. Now I'm not saying just go with what you think you should do because then you could be anti-social and not have a shoulder to lean on. That is why friends are called friends.
Your friends are there to help you when you are down, to be there when you need advice, or jsut there to laugh with when you have a funny joke or saw something funny. A friend should never let another fellow friend falter in the cracks of which where he or she could become a different person. When I mean by a different person is that they change in which they see life in a bad way and end up not trusting in anyone or being alone. I know this is rare for me to say this but in the Bible, it talks about how a friend is there no matter what. The Bible verse says this: "A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother (Proverbs 18:24 New International Version)." Now this Bible verse still applies to the ladies. Like I said, no matter what happens, a friend will ALWAYS help you up when you are down. Another verse is Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 which says: "If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! (New King James Version)." When I'm at school, I see friends left and right and it makes me wonder if they would help me when I'm down. I know what your probably thinking..."how would I know if you would help me up when I'm down?"
Well when I see somebody having trouble (or try to see), I try to help them no matter what they say or do. I want to be the friend that is there no matter what and there to make them laugh and what not. In the Bible it says "He saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit(Titus 3:5)." Now God is a friend to us and he DIED for us, just so we didn't fall into the cracks of sin. He took his life, so that we might be able to live, and help our fellow friends when they are slipping. Now I know I just probably did a Bible lesson but I just thought that throughout my day today. I know that I'm not perfect and I never said that thoughout this, and also that I'm not trying to tell anyone that this is what they should do with their life. I am just expressing what I think the definition of life and a friend is.

I wish everyone a great life and I also hope that no one ever thinks that they do not have a friend, because if you think that, then they must not know who there All-Star friend is that always has his or her back. (a.k.a. God) I also want to say that the Bible verses were not suppose to offend anyone in that nature and that it was a reference in which was easy for me to find. I hope everyone has a goodnight sleep and tomorrow will be a new blog (just might be around 1 a.m. due to work :P).
